At A New Kind Of Free, being professional means showing up as you are. Come with your camera on or off, in a bonnet or pajamas, with a cup of coffee or a photo in place of your face. How you need to show up takes nothing away from who you are, what you've achieved, or what you know.

This value comes from Honor Dorm Unit 512 at CCWF. There, women living closely together built programs, handled hard and high-risk situations, and understood family and domestic violence deeply. We did it in community, with honesty, and without needing to put on layers. That is the quality of life we keep building on.
